Jordan Carlson, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Carlson was born and raised in rural Wisconsin. She first discovered her love for physical therapy in high school when she volunteered at an orthopedic clinic and got to see first-hand how the profession could improve the lives of patients. She then went on to complete both her Bachelor’s of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, graduating in May 2021.

At Brookdale Health, Dr. Carlson loves to meet new patients and learn their stories. She strives to provide fun, high-quality care and work with patients to meet their goals. Dr. Carlson has experience in orthopedic, acute care, and neurological rehabilitation settings. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, rooting for her favorite Minnesota sports teams, traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
